For patients with jaw misalignment, we provide corrective jaw surgery to improve function and aesthetics, enhancing your overall quality of life.
If there are concerns about oral lesions or abnormalities, we conduct biopsies to determine the nature of the condition and recommend appropriate treatment.

Dr. Aly will help you understand all the procedure and will give you all the options for saving your teeth. I can see that she trully cares for her patient. Thank you Dr. Aly and Mam Jovie for your help! Kudos to your team!Posted on Ritz Crizelle MabilenSeptember 8, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went to get my dental filling done by another clinic a week before, and I was very dissatisfied. Upon drilling, my previous dentist recommended for extraction right away. And that was two of my molars. I did not want them extracted so I ended up leaving that other clinic with temporary filling on two of my molars which are essential for biting, and it was very uncomfortable. In just a few days, I could feel the temporary filling disintegrating-- I wanted to cry. Then I found this clinic. Dra Aly did not give up on my teeth. She said my molars were still viable for permanent filling, when a week ago I was told I'd lose them. Dr A is such a blessing! She applied medicine on my teeth and did a remarkable job on the permanent filling of my molars. They look good as new! And the color of their filling is very close to the color of my teeth. I'm also comfortable eating because the fillings are strong. I love it! Would recommend this clinic 100%.Posted on Sarah SillanoSeptember 1, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommended! They are very accommodating and Dra. will thoroughly explain how to take better care of your teeth.Posted on Pierre RanonJune 20, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you've been looking for a dentist on social media, for sure you'd see posts poking fun at missed appointments and/or unhealthy habits. And though these might cater to some folks, these make me uncomfortable. This made me try Millennium Smiles when there are other clinics nearby. Doc A and staff are professional, accommodating, caring, and very understanding. I'm terrified of dentist visits, hence I delay them for as long as possible, but I feel comfortable and cared for at Millennium Smiles. Really cannot recommend them enough.
The success of any surgical procedure relies heavily on how your body heals in the days following treatment. While our expert dentists perform your surgery with the highest standard of precision, proper home management protects the surgical area, minimizes common side effects, and accelerates your overall healing timeline.
To ensure a smooth recovery after your procedure, keep these foundational rules in mind:
Stick to Soft, Nutritious Foods: Avoid hot, spicy, crunchy, or heavily seeded foods that could irritate or become trapped in the healing surgical sites. Opt instead for nutrient-dense, soft choices such as chilled soups, smooth yogurts, mashed potatoes, and protein shakes.
Dental FAQs: Our FAQ section answers your questions about Oral Surgery
Oral surgery refers to any surgical procedure performed on your teeth, gums, jaws, or other oral structures. This can include extractions, implants, gum grafts, and jaw surgeries. Oral surgery is usually performed by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or a periodontist, who are dental specialists with advanced training in these procedures.
Not necessarily. The vast majority of standard oral surgery procedures—such as routine or surgical tooth extractions and dental implant placements—are performed safely and comfortably utilizing highly effective local anesthesia. This means you will remain completely awake, alert, and capable of communication, but you will not feel any pain or discomfort at the surgical site.
After oral surgery, it's important to eat soft foods that are easy to chew and swallow. This helps to prevent irritation and promote healing. Some good options include:
The duration of a soft food diet after oral surgery varies depending on the type of surgery and your individual healing process. Generally, you'll need to stick to soft foods for about 7 to 10 days after surgery. Your dentist will provide specific instructions tailored to your case.
Gums typically take about 1 to 2 weeks to heal after oral surgery. However, it's crucial to follow your dentist's advice regarding post-operative care to prevent complications and promote healing. This includes avoiding certain foods and activities that could hinder the healing process.
